	General Overview West 117th Master Homeowners Association is located in Westminster, Colorado at W. 117th Avenue & Sheridan Blvd.. The Association consists of 289 Single Family & Patio Homes and was established in 2000. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.
	Clubhouse Within the community is a clubhouse available for homeowner use. This amenity is a great place to host your next birthday party, family reunion or workout class. 	Playground Two (2) playgrounds are located within the community: Yates Way & W. 116th Court; and Xavier Court & W. 117th Avenue. Both are great place to have some fun when weather permits!
